- License № E 004023 on the right of realization of auditing activity, issued by Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation 07.04.2003., expiry date: 07.04.2013.
- License № 014384 for realization of estimated activity on the territory of the Russian Federation, issued by Federal agency of federal property management on 22.05.2006, expiry date: 22.05.2011.
- The license № 247 for conducting of the works connected with the use of the information, which is the state secret, issued by FSS of Russia in Republic Karelia on 23.11.2007, expiry date: 23.11.2010.

 The certificate of quality of auditing services № 16 since 14.06.2007, it is given by the audit quality committee of Joint-Stock Company "BKR-Intercom-Audit ".
 The Firm is awarded with diploma of the 1st degree for a prize-winning 1 place in preliminary stage of X in the All-Russian competition for the best organization, the enterprise in sphere of housing and communal services in 2006 in Republic Karelia within a direction of activity "Enterprises and organizations which are carrying out consalting services in sphere of housing and communal services". By results of X the All-Russian competition for the best organization, the enterprise in sphere of housing and communal services in 2006 the Firm has wined the 2nd place among the organizations which are carrying out consalting services in sphere of housing and communal services, and is awarded with the diploma of II degree.
 The firm is awarded with the Diploma for a prize-winning place in a preliminary stage of the All-Russian competition for the best organization, the enterprise of sphere of housing and communal services in 2007 in Republic Karelia with a direction of activity « Enterprises and the organizations which are carrying out technical audit, examination of housing and communal services ».
 By results of the All-Russian competition for the best organization, the enterprise of sphere of housing and communal services in 2007 «Expert-consalting» has taken a prize-winning place among the organizations which are carrying out consalting services in sphere of housing and communal services, and it is awarded with the Diploma of the Supreme degree.
As a result of 2006 year «Expert-consalting» is the leader of granting consalting services in Republic Karelia.
«Expert-consalting» carries out enterprise activity only as a carrying out of audit and rendering of accompanying services according to normative legal certificates of the Russian Federation, including federal (rules) standards of auditing activity.
